Single-bar / L-shaped covelight. Flat and island ceiling prices vary by unit type and design.

Included: plasterboard with galvanised steel framing, plus air-con pelmet and fan support if required. Separate: painting, electrical work, curtain pelmets and lighting equipment. No GST charged. Resale and landed homes need a tailored quote.

Questions before you plan your ceiling

Do you charge by square foot?

For the residential room packages shown, we quote a lump sum by room and ceiling design. We review your actual dimensions and scope before confirming the quotation. See the room prices and estimator.

Can you coordinate electrical and ceiling work?

Yes. We can discuss concealed wiring, lighting points and fitting installation alongside the ceiling layout. Electrical work is charged separately from the ceiling package.

What is included in a ceiling package?

Plasterboard with galvanised steel framing, plus air-con pelmet and fan support if required. Painting, electrical work, curtain pelmets, LED strips, drivers and lighting equipment are excluded. Fan support and fan installation are different items.

Which Dustless Covelight upgrade is free?

Interested customers choosing perimeter or island covelight can request the free ultra-thin-edge profile upgrade. LED strips and drivers are excluded. Shadow-gap covelight upgrades from flat false ceilings are chargeable.

Do you work on BTO, resale and landed homes?

Yes. The published room packages cover the listed BTO, Condo and EC unit types. Resale HDB flats, landed properties and custom layouts need a tailored quotation.

How long will the installation take?

Timing depends on the room count, design, site access and combined scope. Share your intended renovation date so we can discuss the sequence and availability before you confirm the work.
